Attention Acropora Customers:

These days there is an array of different metal halide light bulbs.  We keep our Acropora  corals under a mixture of 400 watt 20k XM/ 400 watt 10K Ushio Metal halide and 50/50 VHO lights.  We describe the color of our Acroporas accourding to how they appear to us on our website.  If you don't use the same light combination, corals might look different.

Rest assured that everything we sell (Corals, Clams & Anemones) has natural color and is in no way dyed.   However, we don't guarantee that the corals will look exactly the same in your tank as they do on our hit or miss pages. 

WHY?  Because:

1. We use the following mixture of light bulbs:

• VHO combination (50/50) & Actinic. 

• Metal Halide: 175W/12K.  250W/65K.  400W/20K

• Natural Sun Light

2. We use flash photography when it's necessary.

3. Your monitor color settings may vary from ours..
